Since we offer mostly non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, we do not usually issue refunds once the order is complete and the product download link has been sent. As a customer of the Mixtape Cover Store, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item through our website.
However, we do realize that an exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the type of product we supply. Therefore, we DO honor requests for a refund on the following four (4) reasons:
01. NONDELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT -
Due to some mailing issues, your e-mail provider or your mail server might not receive a email delivery from us. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of placing the order. Otherwise the product will be considered received and downloaded.
02. DOWNLOAD AND UNZIPPING ISSUES -
You may have problems while downloading the product or unzipping it's files. Claims regarding such issues must be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours. If you do not properly contact us during this period, the product will be considered as a successful download with no further right of redress or refund for a “download issue” reason.
03. FILE DEFECTS -
Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. You should contact us for such issues. We keep the right to rectify the error or defect within seventy-two (72) hours. If any deficiency is approved and we fail to correct it within seventy-two (72) hours from the date of the initial complaint letter provided by the customer, the refund will be issued to the customer in full. Or, at the customer’s request, replacement of the product of the same or around the same value can be offered.
04. PRODUCT NOT AS DESCRIBED -
Such issues should be reported within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.
Requests for a refund are accepted on the Contact Us page within twenty-four (24) hours after the order is placed. You should accompany this request with detailed reasons why you applied for a refund.
